Management Team

  • Christian Taylor

    Christian Taylor is the founder and CEO of Payvment, leading the team that has created the number one social commerce platform on Facebook. Before founding Payvment in 2009, Christian was President of Xcreative Interactive, a successful, interactive media and web development firm that helped media and entertainment clients build their brands on Facebook and engage audiences. Before that, he was President of To Die For Records, a digital music clearinghouse and record label for independent recording artists. Christian is an expert in social commerce and a sought-after speaker.

  • Jim Stoneham

    Jim Stoneham is Chief Operating Officer. He joined Payvment from Yahoo, where he led the Communities business (Flickr, Answers, Groups, Delicious) as well as key parts of Yahoo's overall social offering, including the integrations of Facebook and Twitter into Yahoo products. Before Yahoo, Stoneham was a Founder of Tangibility, a consulting firm focused on startups and new business ventures in the consumer products, web services and social media spaces. He also spent several years starting and leading businesses at both Apple and Kodak.

  • Sean Pudney

    Sean Pudney is Vice President of Engineering. Sean has held leadership or architect positions in three other startups and most recently led Engineering within the Yahoo Communities business. Sean has deep experience in highly scalable social software, serving hundreds of millions of unique visitors and billions of messages sent per month. Prior to Yahoo, he was a founder and Chief Architect at techTribe Networks, a professional social network in India and a Technical Architect at NewScale, a startup in the cloud computing services space.

  • Craig Walsey

    Craig Walsey is Vice President of Business Development. Craig brings over 15 years of experience from the social media, retail, and entertainment industries. He was recently Vice President at Facebook advertising partner TBG Digital, where he drove alliances with leading brands such as Yahoo, Intuit, Netflix, Paramount Pictures, THQ, and others. He was also VP of Ad Sales at pet community Dogster, Inc. and previously held senior sales, business affairs, and legal roles at Viacom, Paramount Pictures, and fashion retailer bebe stores.

  • Jennifer Liu

    Jennifer Liu is Senior Director of Data Insights. Jen joins Payvment from social gaming leader Kabam, where she created and led the Business Intelligence team, providing insights across all games with specific focus on social referrals, game mechanics, and marketing campaign effectiveness. She spent over five years at Google, managing quantitative modeling and analysis for AdWords and other major businesses. Jennifer also led marketing analytics and market research at Adobe Systems and other firms. She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. from Stanford University.

  • Gena Ziskind

    Gena Ziskind is Director of Operations. Gena has over thirteen years experience in Performance Engineering, Quality, and Operations. He spent over six years at eBay, Inc. in both the PayPal and eBay units managing performance and operations across marketplaces and payment systems. Most recently, he worked on Yahoo Groups where he helped stabilize the internet classic and drove quality into new efforts. He also lead Performance Engineering efforts for Computer Associates, Epiphany, and NewScale. He is an expert in all things quality and managing cloud computing systems.

Marketing Leader

  • 10-12 years marketing in the consumer or B2B internet space
  • 5-7 years consumer marketing minimum, with deep consumer acquisition skills
  • Experience and skill with all key Marketing channels, including social media, PR, Advertising, events
  • Demonstrated excellence driving brand and positioning, and then working with product team to bring it to light
  • Analytics-focused, with a track record of successful A/B and multivariate testing to drive decisions
  • Have led and grown effective marketing teams
  • Social gaming experience a plus
  • eCommerce experience a plus

Director, Payments

  • 8-10 years experience in online transaction systems with global footprints - mobile a plus
  • Deep knowledge of all elements of the payment chain and strong awareness of key players in the space
  • 5-7 years Product Management experience defining and shipping successful products
  • Experience defining, negotiating, and executing successful partnerships to deliver a whole product

Front End PHP Engineers

  • 3-5 years experience developing web applications
  • Javascript/CSS/HTML expert
  • Social software and Facebook integration strongly desired

QA Automation Engineer

  • 5+ years of Automation Experience
  • 3+ years using Selenium (Java)
  • Expanding automation framework
